Introduction - Entry 0.0

Procrastination...

Isn't this word just an astonishing piece of vocabulary. A word which (more of like a bombshell) you can just throw at anyone without them understanding or knowing it's meaning.

Well it means, the art of delaying our work and actions. That's the centrepiece of my Entry 0.0, Procrastination.

I have spent almost a year procrastinating and saying to myself all the time, that I would soon start my blog. During this year, I have given innumerable amount of shallow reasons to myself for waiting or delaying to start writing.

Once in a while, I would lure myself up in writing the introductory paragraph for it and 
always stopped on the first line itself., Thinking that who would like, who would pay heed to even read it. and in all that chaos and confusion and our so called brilliant concept "procrastination", I wasted exactly 361 days of this year.

Yes, it took 361 days for me understand that it won't matter, just thinking that I know the end result (likely to be a failure), doesn't mean I don't do it at all, that is or should be the lamest excuses of it all.

So finally today, I was able to muster up all the courage to get my word, my piece out there and place the sucker's bet on you guys, the readers and non- readers of this post.

Without beating more around the bush, this is what I intend to do, write and to talk about. It will move from all my interests like talking about Life and other things - Books, Movies, TV shows, Music, Poetry, Food, Art , Spirituality and to every other topic which stimulates my mind and heart, in hope that it touches yours too at someplace. In hope, that it stimulates an energy in all of you to think about it, and if possible, also to talk and act on it.

I don't have a definition of this thing that I am trying to do. Because I have always felt that naming something, giving a definition to it, restricts the scope of the very thing you are trying to do. So you can call it a blog, a commentary, my opinion or just some other random article, whatever floats your boat.

Entry 0.0 was just meant to start a slow introduction between You, Me, Life and Other things. I will be back soon with the first thought before new year. A Merry Christmas to you all.

P.S – Even though I am a big vocabulary and grammar freak, my posts won’t be focused on using any of it. I rather prefer the free flow of thoughts and emotions instead of some really long or unknown words to be looked up in a dictionary. Also please ignore the blog's technical snafu, I am still trying to get the hang of it.
